Only Trail Running races are eligible on our website

  • The course must take place primarily on natural terrain (trails, paths, forest roads, mountains, etc.).

  • At least 20% of the course must be on natural surfaces (dirt, grass, rocky paths, etc.).

  • Paved road sections should be limited to the minimum possible.

Amongst them, we accept different type of races with some adaptation.

Fixed Format

  • Each race must have a fixed distance and elevation gain.

  • All runners must follow the same course and timing format within a defined time window that aligns with the event’s maximum allowed race time.
Time-trial formats are accepted, provided all participants start within a set timeframe on the same day.

Defined Results

  • The race must provide individual finishing times.

  • Results must include each runner’s Time, Ranking, First name, Last Name, Gender, Birthdate and Nationality

Minimum Distance

  • The minimum race distance is 5 km-effort

  • Shorter events are generally not accepted, unless part of a multi-race event (and even then, they won’t receive an ITRA score or ITRA points)

⚠️ Race accepted with specific regulations ⚠️

  • Backyard ultra (last runner standing)

  • Time limited races

  • Relay races or races without official timing/results
